Financial support / Soutien financier

• Financial support may be provided upon request by the Conference (notably with the support of some partners such as UNESCO, IRD; a commission will arbitrate among the requests) to partially or totally sponsor registration and/or flights and accommodation in Paris, notably for the younger on-site participants from low and lower-middle income economies**. Gender balance will also be considered, as well as the effort made by the participant to obtain a partial funding of these costs, from its organization, sponsors, etc. (as it will also allow more participants to benefit from a financial support).

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before March 25, 2022 and provide information about the requested financial support: personnel information (gender, age, affiliation…, type of contribution to the conference: animation of a topic, abstract, intended participation to a workshop, a roundtable, etc.), estimated detailed participation costs (with details in Euros about travel, accommodation, registration, etc.), the fundings already secured, and the requested financial support in Euros.
  Notification of the grants will be made before April 15. Those who have not received a grant (and have applied for) will still be able to benefit from the early bird rate, upon request to the organizers.

L'équilibre homme-femme sera aussi considéré, ainsi que les efforts effectués par le participant pour obtenir un financement partiel par son organisation, employeur, un sponsor, etc. (car cela permettra ainsi à plus de participants de bénéficier d'un support financier).

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. avant le 25 mars 2022 et de fournir des informations sur la demande de support : informations personnelles (genre, âge, affiliation…, type de contribution prévue à la conférence : animation d’un sujet, résumé, participation proposée à un atelier, une table ronde, etc.), coûts prévisionnels détaillés de participation (en précisant les montants en Euros pour les voyage, logement, inscription, etc.), les financements déjà obtenus et le montant de la demande de soutien financier en Euros.
  La notification des subventions interviendra avant le 15 avril. Ceux qui n'auront pas obtenu de subvention (et auront candidaté pour) pourront néanmoins encore bénéficier, sur demande auprès des organisateurs, du tarif d'inscription anticipée (Early Bird).

Registration confirmation / Confirmation d'inscription

Registration confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of payment and / or proof of your status.
Otherwise, you will receive a copy of your registration request which can only be validated after payment.

La confirmation d’inscription sera envoyée par email à réception du paiement et/ou du justificatif de votre statut.
Dans le cas contraire, vous recevrez une copie de votre demande d’inscription qui ne pourra être validée qu’après paiement.

COVID 19

Any participant who cannot meet the sanitary obligations on the date of the event will be refused access to the conference without being able to claim full or partial reimbursement of their registration.
It is your responsability to take out (or not) an individual travel cancellation insurance for COVID.

Tout participant ne pouvant répondre aux obligations sanitaires en vigueur à la date du congrès se verra refuser l’accès au congrès sans pouvoir prétendre au remboursement total ou partiel de son inscription.
Il vous revient de souscrire ou pas, à titre individuel, une assurance annulation voyage pour cause de COVID.

 

 

 Cancellation terms / Conditions d'annulation

• 50 € for any cancellation received before 15th March 2022.
• 50% of the registration fees for all cancellation received between 16^th March and 18^th April 2022.
• No refund for any cancellation received from 18^th April 2022.

In case of other major issue, such as strike, natural disaster, etc., which would prevent the conference from being held on the scheduled dates, the organizer cannot be held responsible; no compensation will be made.
In the event of no-show related to Covid-19 contamination (if providing a proof of your status), we could grant you the current remote participation rate.

En cas d’événement majeur, tel que grève, catastrophe naturelle, etc., qui empêcherait la tenue du congrès aux dates prévues, l'organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable ; aucun dédommagement ne sera effectué.
En cas d'absence liée à une contamination au Covid-19 (sur présentation d'un justificatif), nous pourrions vous consentir le tarif distanciel en vigueur.
